From my first meeting with Gerry Beane, I was affected by his genuine friendliness and professionalism. My oldest daughter and I had stopped at an open house just out of curiosity--and there was Gerry. Our family was new to the Lancaster area and we were awaiting the sale of our former home before we could seriously consider purchasing another. Gerry listenened as I told our story. He was helpful and compassionate from the start. He said when the time was right, he'd be happy to help us find a Lancaster home. With Gerry's help, in July 2006, we purchased a wonderful home in the Grandveiw Heights area. And we are loving it! Gerry continues to remain in contact with us, calling on occasion to see how our girls are doing and if we are still enjoying our home. He even stopped by to meet our new puppy and sent us a cardr to celebrate the occasion!
